You agree NOT to:

• Submit malicious code designed to harm the platform, infrastructure, or other users
• Attempt to access, modify, or delete other users' data or accounts
• Abuse the service through spam, excessive requests, or automated scraping
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

Intellectual Property

Your Code: You retain all rights to the code you write. We store it only to provide the service (saving your work, automated grading). We do NOT claim ownership of your code.

Platform Content: The LearnCodePro platform, including all text, graphics, user interfaces, code (excluding your submissions), trademarks, and logos, is owned by difiastechnologies LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

difiastechnologies LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, difiastechnologies LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
• Any bugs, viruses, or malware that may be transmitted through the service
• Loss of your code, data, or progress

IN NO EVENT SHALL difiastechnologies LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless difiastechnologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Code you submit to the platform

Account Termination & Your Data Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Harms difiastechnologies LLC, other users, or third parties
• Violates applicable law

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims against difiastechnologies LLC only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
